Leela Bassi is a trilingual leadership, inclusion, and resilience expert with over 25 years of international experience working across global organisations and cultures. She helps leaders and teams shift behaviour, build inclusive cultures, and lead with intention, with expertise spanning DEI, psychological safety, leadership behaviour, cultural transformation, resilience, and growth mindset. Founder of Above & Beyond Resilience, Leela partners with multinational corporations and purpose led organisations to create lasting, people centred impact, informed by deep field experience—including a 100km Arctic expedition exploring unconscious bias and leadership under pressure.
